I am please to say that living here has exceeded my expectation, but mainly with the property manager Akira and her staff. ... Everyone greets you with a smile, they are friendly, helpful and communicate very effectively when it come to your concerns as a resident. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently to work orders. The property is well kept, quiet, the neighbors are respectful and the area is peaceful. But more importantly as a resident, I appreciate the staff thoughtful arranging of activities such as food trucks, hot chocolate/donut parties and spring potting parties with consideration and appreciation for the residents (p.s. Superior Maintenance Response
Every time I have put in a work order ticket for maintenance, I have received a response almost immediately, even on weekends. ... Today is Sunday and I put in a work order through the website and Byron literally showed up not even an hour later to address my issue. This apartment has the best maintenance support response time of any apartment I have ever lived at. Byron is extremely professional and courteous whenever he comes to address my concerns.
